Shipping Policy

At Vistara Diamonds, we aim to get your jewelry to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Here’s an overview of our shipping process:

Custom Jewelry Production:
Each made-to-order piece requires around 2–3 business weeks for crafting. Once your jewelry is ready, we will contact you for approval before dispatch.

Shipping & Delivery:
After your order is shipped, delivery usually takes between 10 to 15 business days. Please note that delays caused by extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control. We do not deliver to PO box addresses. If you request an address change directly with the shipping carrier while the package is in transit, any resulting delays will be your responsibility.

Free Shipping:
We provide complimentary shipping to your location. However, any customs duties or local taxes applied at the destination must be covered by the customer.

Order Modifications:
If you request changes to your product before it has been shipped, the production timeline will begin again from the start.

Delivery Commitment:
We prioritize timely delivery and may expedite production where possible. That said, delays caused by the shipping carrier are outside our control, and we appreciate your understanding in such situations.
