Cancellation Policy

At Vistara Diamond, we begin processing orders immediately after they are placed. If you wish to cancel your order, you must notify us within 24 hours of placing it.

Cancellations requested after 24 hours will incur a 20% cancellation fee, which helps cover labor, materials, and processing costs already invested in your order.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.


Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • It must include original tags and packaging
  • You must provide your order number and proof of purchase

Restocking Fees

Since each piece is custom-made based on your selected size, diamond, and metal:

  • Moissanite jewelry: 20% restocking fee
  • CVD jewelry: 30% restocking fee

These fees cover resizing, polishing, and labor.
If the returned item requires additional cleaning, repair, or restoration, a higher restocking fee may apply depending on the work needed.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Custom or personalized jewelry
  • Made-to-order eternity bands
  • Items with physical damage caused after delivery

Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange your ring:

  • A 20% restocking fee will be deducted
  • The remaining balance will be applied to your new purchase
  • Any price difference must be paid by the customer

Note: The percentage may vary based on fluctuations in gold or stone prices.

Additional conditions:

  • Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of delivery
  • Only one exchange per piece is allowed
  • Store credit is limited to that single exchange and cannot be used for future purchases

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We strongly recommend using insured and trackable shipping
  • Vistara Diamond is not responsible for items lost in transit

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card provider

Resizing Policy

We offer resizing services to ensure your ring fits perfectly.

Resizing Limits

  • Rings can be resized up or down by one full size only
  • Beyond this range may affect durability and design integrity

Exceptions

  • Rings with full eternity bands cannot be resized
  • In such cases, we recommend an exchange for the correct size

Alternative Solution

In some cases, we may:

  • Replace your ring with a newly crafted one in the correct size

This applies when:

  • It ensures faster delivery, or
  • Resizing may compromise the design

(This option is generally available for plain gold bands without stones.)

Customers will always be informed before proceeding.


Shipping for Resizing & Exchanges

Customers are responsible for:

  • Shipping costs both ways
  • International duties or customs fees (if applicable)

Repair Process

  • Our specialists will assess your item and document its condition
  • You will receive a detailed intake report
  • Work covered under warranty will begin immediately

This may include:

  • Stone replacement or resetting
  • Prong repair or replacement
  • Band restoration
  • Resizing

Important Notes

  • Repair timeline: 2–3 weeks after receiving the item
  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs both ways
  • Limited or unique stones may not always be replaceable; alternatives will be discussed with you

We offer a lifetime warranty on all Vistara Diamond jewelry.
